We've been taking advantage of this slow season on Daufuskie to plan lots of exciting things for the Spring and Summer! We have all the ingredients to make your trip to Daufuskie one to remember. Now, with a full year and half under our belt, we're planning to be even bigger and better than ever before. Here is what we have in store for you:
Amenities Update:
The Golf Course is open and is improving every day! Our Grand Opening will take place on Memorial Day Weekend, which will give the course one more full season to reach peak conditions. Thanks to the early spring and lots of rain, we should be in tip-top shape sooner than anyone could have accepted. Pro Shop is open 7 days a week, from 8am to 5pm, and is accepting tee times - 843.341.5566.
We have a fleet of brand-new rental carts that can go anywhere on the island except Haig Point! Whether you need a day rental, a week-long rental, or even a month-long rental, Bloody Point is your one-stop shop for carts! 4-seaters and 6-seaters available. Gas and electric. 7-day a week maintenance service. Call 843.341.5566 to reserve.
Our qualified maintenance staff is available to perform repairs and routine maintenance on your cart, home, or vehicle! We stock batteries and tires for carts, and can also tow your cart if needed. Call 843.341.5566 to learn more.
We are now taking reservations for spring and summer for our seven-bedroom Osprey Cottage! All accommodations include a complimentary brand-new cart, access to Bloody Point pool and tennis, golf at the accompanied guest rate of $69, and access to our water taxi at discounted rates! The Eagle's Nest Restaurant continues to be open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner. Lunch hours are from 11:00am to 3:00pm, limited menu from 3:00pm to 5:00pm, Happy Hour from 4:00pm to 6:00pm, and Dinner is served from 5:00pm to 9:00pm. Working on an exciting new spring menu! The General Store (accessible through the Pro Shop) is open 7 days a week from 8am to 5pm, and we're receiving new inventory regularly! Current stock includes.. snacks, coca-cola products, a limited supply of medicines and toiletries, household products, gift bags and cards, kids' toys and games, dry goods, wine and beer, and more! Look out for sliced deli meat by the pound coming soon.
The Pro Shop is stocked with all kinds of Bloody Point merchandise! Stop by for men's and women's gear by Underarmour, Nike, Footjoy, and more. Everything from sweatshirts and polos to shorts, skirts, mugs, tumblers, wine glasses, hats, logoed balls, and more. Spartina 449 products and Tervis Tumblers coming soon! Grand Opening Weekend, May 24 - 26. Three days of festivities to celebrate the rebirth of Bloody Point! The grand finale will take place on May 26th, with the ribbon cutting for the Golf Course and blowout dinner party that night, including live music by Mike Caschera, lead singer of the Spiral Starecase. All are welcome!
