From the Daufuskie Island School: Daufuskie Island Elementary School would like to thank everyone who was able to attend our annual Oyster Roast & BBQ at Jolly Shores. Through your support, we were able to raise $3,239 which will be put towards much needed educational supplies and field trip opportunities. We would also like to thank Bill Scott of Dolphin Management for sponsoring and hosting this fun community event and Beth Shipman for cooking the delicious food. We sincerely appreciate the community for supporting all our fundraisers this year and have enjoyed the opportunity to bring everyone together.
